Notice of Special General Meeting of the
Northern United Rugby Football Club Incorporated

The 2020 Special General Meeting of the Northern United Rugby Football Club will be held on:

Friday 28th February 2020 at 6.30pm
The venue will be the Clubrooms at 100 Mungavin Avenue Porirua City.

A Special General Meeting has been requested by the Committee. This meeting has been set down by the Club President for the above date and time.

The purpose of the meeting is to seek member approval for the following:

1. Constitution changes to allow remits for proxy voting
2. Ratification and acceptance of the new Committee Club Structure
3. Acceptance and implementation of new Club Policies

Open to all Club Members.
