Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Northern United Rugby Football Club Incorporated.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Northern United Rugby football Club will be held on Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 6.30 p.m. The venue will be the Norths Rugby clubrooms at 100 Mungavin Avenue, Porirua City.

Agenda   

i. Receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts 

ii. Election of Life members   

iii. Election of Officers  

iv. Nominations to the Committee 

v. Ratification of the draft Constitution and Code of Conduct
 

For the transaction of any business in respect of which notice in writing shall have been given to the Secretary no later than fourteen (14) days before the date fixed for the holding of the meeting, and for the transaction of any general business.

Twenty members present at an Annual General Meeting shall constitute quorum

A copy of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts shall, after adoption, be signed by the Chairman of the meeting
